In the news we sometimes hear that a car company (for example Toyota or recently Subaru ) recall their cars for some technical reason to stop losing their loyal customers and they admit that their cars has a problem but they have the gut to accept it and apologize. Last year nearly about 6 million cars are recalled by different car makers.
But in Iran thing are just a little!! bit different. Car makers sell their regular cars (definably with technical problem) without any problem!!!
Things are just getting worse! They even sell those one that are Impaired in product-line. I mean come on, so what happens to quality, what happens to this quote "Customer is king", what happens to marketing.
